Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a product comes damaged please reach out and we will make it right, with either a new transfer or store credit.
Damaged / Missing Product
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Problems such as damaged, defective, wrong or missing items can be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
All packages over $50 are insured; If you notice damage caused in transit, or your order never arrived and is considered “lost” you will need to start a claim via USPS or Route.
Once your order is dropped off USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for any delay. Order accordingly.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your address is correct when submitting an order. Any order that is returned, we will attempt to contact you once to update address, but you will be responsible for new shipping charges. If we can't get a hold of you, we will put a;; items back into inventory and no refund will be provided.
Please note we do not ship to PO BOXES, entering a PO box may delay in getting your package on time.
